Returns & Exchanges

To file for a return and/or exchange you must reach out within 14 days of your delivery date. If you reach out after this date, your items will not be eligible for return and/or exchange.

All refunds will be processed as store credit

Items eligible for returns and/or exchanges
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items not washed and free from any kind of stains (dirt, slobber, etc)
  • All toys & chews (Plush, wood, coconut, yak) cannot have been chewed upon and the original tags must be attached 
Items not eligible for returns and/or exchanges
  • Bagged treats
  • Individualized treats
  • Glass items
  • Customized items (Apparel, pup cups, custom bandanas, etc) 
  • Anything that does not meet the criteria as listed above 
  • Bandanas (please see our Wag It Forward program for options for bandanas) 

All items are subject to final inspection upon arrival back to me - if found not to comply with the above rules we reserve the right to not complete the refund. If your items do not meet the criteria, customers can pay to have them shipped back.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping for any items sent back (this includes items that did not meet the return criteria or new exchanged items)
